Are you telling us that with your 2000 sign up date you missed out on the 2008 election cycle and the years before it and following it, and that now you need someone to hold your hand and walk you through Romney’s record as Governor?

Anyway, the answer, sort of, is here. It says that governors pick judges ... with the approval of a Judicial Council. NOw there's the rub. Who picks the council? In CA it's a complete rubber stamp. How is it in MA?
