We wish her well and a full recovery, but it is time to get another GOP seat in Congress. That could be the next district we live in when we leave CA.

I’m with you- Tucson Arizona was one of the most beautiful places I ever lived

I went outside every day

Didn’t even get a car (rode my motorcycle everywhere)

The heat is NOT as bad as you might thing because it is dry- i loved it there and am loooking for a way to go back as soon as possible

The shooting occurred at a store I went shopping at every week.

Come on down! We could use the help! But be advised this is a Demo-crap stronghold. The city council is weighted heavy to the left and moves are continuously considered to impose fees, fines and service charges to bolster the budget and projects of value to the socialist left.

Research ‘Rio Nuevo, a special tax district the funds from which went to support downtown redevelopment which led to the loss of two-hundred thirty million dollars as a result of studies and mismanagement. All controlled by the left.
Research Umberto Lopez, owner of the Arizona Hotel, who is pursuing a tax break to remodel his hotel for occupancy after allowing it to fall into disrepair. Currently the city council is considering charging a fee to alarm owners to cover the response of law enforcement, whether or not they respond, which I have vowed in writing not to pay, to alarm activations. Recall also that southern Arizona nuts are considering breaking away from northern Arizona and forming their own state/country. Fanciful I know but illustrates the leftist thinking here.

There is much, much more. Choose your move to Arizona wisely. Still, we could use solid conservatives here.

Before you leave, make sure that you drive around the state house with a huge Arizona or bust sign. :^D

That may be a tall order in Tucson. It would appear that your California ex-pats of the liberal persuasion tend to settle in Tucson so they can try and recreate a little bit of heaven in the desert. With lower taxes, of course -- for the meantime.
