I don’t get the whole SC thing...isn’t that where Lindsey Graham keeps getting elected?
Kind of like here in KY; the federal elections usually (not always) go Republican, but the state elections often go Democrat. I’ve lived here most of my life and I’m still trying to figure it out. The best I can come up with is “my daddy voted democrat, my daddy’s daddy voted democrat, so I’ll vote democrat”.
“I dont get the whole SC thing...isnt that where Lindsey Graham keeps getting elected?”
Yea, it’s upsetting. Graham rode in to the Senate on the coattails of Clinton’s impeachment. He seemed a decent conservative and through everything he had into the impeachment process.
Then he gets in the Senate and goes hard-left. Now it’s VERY difficult to remove him. It’s not much different here in Texas with Governor Perry. He is far from being a conservative - there are many, many, much more conservative and still electable politicians here - but it is next to impossible to remove him. I’m just hoping that President Newt will give Perry a cabinet post or something, so that we can be done with him, once and for all.
“.isnt that where Lindsey Graham keeps getting elected?”
Yeah, he is the rino’s next heir apparent after Romney goes down.
as for SC going for Lindsey - kind of at a loss to explain that - no primary challenger I guess.
SC has open primaries so Dems who love Lindsey are obstacles to true conservatives winning.
