Keep the champagne well-iced, folks. But don't think of scheduling a victory party over this GA stuff just yet. We are entering the vast grey-green swamp called "Administrative Law." If the the good judge Malahi finds for good guys when Obama doesn't show up, or HI refuses to cough up documents, it is at that point that the legal fun STARTS.

The good news is that state election officials can pretty much do what they damn well want to do in the area of candidate qualifications. IOW, if the GA boys have the nerve, they can just throw U-NO-Hoo off the ballot because THEY THINK he doesn't meet the "Natural Born Citizen" thing. That's their job ... interpreting qualifications and such. They throw unqualified people off ballots all the time. Why not now? Sometimes, the people who are thrown off sue. Yipee!

Some of us have been clamoring for this since 2007, when The Mombasa MF first showed up on national radar with a provenance stranger than Superman's.

Dear Mr. and Ms. SOS's.

Take your BIC
and strike off Slick.
That ain't no trick.
He'll come after you
with a great big stick.
But please have no cares.
That's a job for the 9 Judges upstairs.
