[“The smartest thing the establishment could do is just get on board, because no matter what, Mitt is NOT going to get the presidency.”
Fox News was in full blown meltdown mode last night. They couldn't mask their anger at what happened.

‘Gingrich can;t win, it's impossible, his negatives are too high...bla bla bla.’]

Ha. Ha. It reminds me of the day after Reagan was elected, Dan Rather expressed his displeasure and his sidekick chimed in. I danced a jig!

King County GOP announces precinct caucuses and pooled precinct caucus locations

JANUARY 22, 2012 · 4:17 PM

The King County Republican Party will hold its precinct caucuses, along with the other 39 county central committees of the Washington State Republican Party at 10 a.m. March 3.

Like other County Central Committees across the state, the King County Republican Central Committee will conduct precinct caucuses in pooled configurations centrally located in legislative districts across King County to lessen confusion on locations for the attendees.

In the 2011 legislative session, the Washington State Legislature suspended the presidential primary ballot. Washington State Republican Party will use the system of caucuses and conventions to gauge support for presidential candidates and elect their delegates to their National Convention in Tampa, Florida.

Precinct caucus registration will begin at 9 a.m. at most locations with caucuses beginning promptly at 10a.m. More information can be found by contacting the GOP District Chairmanhttp://www.kcgop.org/about-us/kcgop-team/ or the KCGOP at info@kcgop.org.

Identification and proof of voter registration will be required to participate at each precinct caucus. Individuals who wish to participate in the precinct caucuses in King County who are not registered or have changes to be made to their current registrations should contact King County Electionshttp://kingcounty.gov/elections/registration.aspx as soon as possible.

To locate a precinct caucus, please visit the King County Republican Party website for the caucus locator http://www.kcgop.org/caucus-locator/. Those without internet access can receive caucus location information by telephone 425.990.0404.

[The pro-Romney supporters are always expressing concern with down-ticket races. I could very easily see Newt coming up with some sort of Contract-With-America type agenda which nationalizes many of the Congressional and Senate races, and sweeps a number of Tea-Party like candidates into office.]

In fact I watched a lecture from a couple of years back where he outlined just such ideas. Remember he worked for years on attaining the majority in Congress. GOP E ought to be grateful instead of spiteful.

He’s got the looks for it and for once we would have an anchor with no core values and no strong opinions, someone who you really couldn’t tell where they stood on the issues.

McCain, Romney and Bill O'Rielly for that matter, are similar in so many ways. All three are on rudderless ships that move whichever way the wind blows.

As you say Romney is plasticman and a big difference is McCain and O'Reilly can at least sound persuasive when they changes positions. Romney has not yet learned that trick, so a job as a news reader fits him well.

Fox on TV on in its phone app, could not bring out a headline that said, “Gingrich wins SC.” It was weird. Sad too. I ended up getting the news of the percentage from CNN.

Thanks for the information. I went to Cowlitz County Republicans homepage, looked at the calendar and there is nothing about the caucus.

So, I will contact them and volunteer.

Outright fabrication from the article....

"In Myrtle Beach last Monday, Gingrich lashed out when FOX News Juan Williams had asked him if comments he made urging poor minority children to work as janitors were racially insensitive."

Did you catch it?

Newt never said "minority" kids and neither did Juan.
