Any teacher, male or female, who would stay after school with a kid is a fool. This guy may be guilty. Then again he may have a pissed off student. It happens.

I remember the shop teacher used to make wicked looking paddles for the other teachers when I went to school. He got in trouble for being too abusive with the darn things back even when they let them do it as school policy, I think he liked it too much. People are funny that way, some people like to hurt others so you do have to keep an eye out for folks like that when they have authority especially over kids. I deserved what punishments I received growing up but now they can't do anything to the little angels including harsh language. That all being said, the teacher was stupid to put himself in this position, guilty or not that loud noise he hears is his career being flushed.

I highly doubt there would be sexual charges added if he didn't leave bruises or welts hitting her “on the buttocks” as it says which is very near other private areas.

If a teacher EVER hit my child like that there’d be hell to pay.

A lot of teachers aren’t even qualified to teach their own subject. Why should they be given the authority to hit your kids? Do you allow your dentist to hit your kids? How about the meter reader? How about the cashier at the supermarket?

Okay, you’re dumb. Seriously, think about this. You stated this was how teachers used to deal with rowdy students. Did teachers use to have affairs with them as well? Didn’t teachers use to be folks of higher moral behaviors than the public school hires we have now? How I see this is a 30 something year old male teacher got “off” by “spanking” a teenage girl. A girl staying after school to complete a homework assignment. If she had been my daughter, Mr. Educator would have had a pencil shoved through his eye the moment he pulled out a belt.
