It’s what I understand, whether it be due to her contract w/ Fox or part of your electoral laws. It would be like contributing to Gingrich’s Superpac.
If what I say isn’t true, then you’ll have to draw your own conclusions as to why she doesn’t come right out and say it.
But that is my understanding of the situation.

Palin is a private citizen. She can endorse anyone she wishes. Yes, if she gives up her day job as a FOX contributor. That's a lot of money to say no to.
