Still...the question is this: How, under what authority, does the President of the United States have any sort of approval authority on issues of this nature? The international treaty issues require advice and consent, and there is no authority for his/her Yea or Nay on a purely domestic project.

This is but another example of this illegitimate bastard overreaching the authority of the office to which he pretends.

And, it appears the pubbies are complicit.

Time to take back the country. Every day we put it off makes the recovery more difficult and painful.

All Mr. Dunham did was approve "Shrillary's!" decision.

"This announcement is not a judgment on the merits of the pipeline, but an arbitrary nature of a deadline that prevented the State Department from gathering the information necessary to approve the project," said Clinton.

It is all about the imposed deadline, not the pipeline. "Somebody" didn't take kindly to being told to "defecate or get off the pot" and stop turning this into a political ploy for votes.
