A man was fatally beaten near the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia when a group of men attacked him, mistakenly thinking that he was yelling at them instead of a cab driver who passed him by.
Kevin Kless, 23, recently graduated from college and had left a bar with his girlfriend early Saturday morning when the incident occurred

Thats a drunken rowdy area in Philly at night. People there were acting like drunken animals. Very different in the day it seemed, much more tourist friendly.
No description of the perps, of course. Given that this was late at night in downtown Philly, I’m afraid that the odds are about 99-1 that they were Holder’s people, just doing what Holder has told them to do.

Felix Carrillo, 23, Stephen Ferguson, 20, and Kenneth Santiago, 19, were arrested Friday and charged with the murder of Kevin Kless, WTXF-TV reported.
Here is the general rule to follow; If the perps are white and the victim a minority, you will see and hear about it on the national news. Also, you will be given the race of the perps and the race of the victim. Included with be a background report on how racism continues to exist in the U.S.
If the perps are minorities and the victim white, you may hear or read about it in your LOCAL news.

How could white-on-white be a hate crime? It’s not like the dead man was gay or anything.
Apparently, it’s the yuppie bar district of Philly- kinda like Rush Street in Chicago. Many a drunken young white lad feeling his oats. I’ve read a few versions of this story, the latest was he stopped a cab that refused to take him and the two women he was with- either because the cabbie already had passengers or they were only going a short distance. He then swore at the cabbie. I don’t believe the story about the thugs incorrectly thinking he was talking to them. I’m guessing the thugs either made a nasty comment to the women or they were stuck behind the cab while the young man and the ladies were arguing with the cabbie and the punks told them to move it. I have a feeling the young man exchanged words with them and they then beat him to death. The moral is, if you’re gonna act like a tough guy, you better realize there are some really nasty, vile subhumans who’ll kill you at the drop of a hat.
