Romney’s campaign plans to deliver a “15th anniversary cake” to the Gingrich camp to “celebrate” 15 years since Newt’s reprimand in the House.

The Romney campaign today will deliver an anniversary cake to Gingrich HQ in SC today marking the 15th yr (to the day) that Gngrich became the first Speaker of the House ever reprimanded for an ethics violation.

Of course Newt was cleared of ALL charges and the money they claimed was a fine was the amount he paid to hurry up the investigation and clear his name.
