The Church is perfectly fine with paying for that kind of insurance for their employees in numerous European countries, and probably some more around the world.
In fact, Pope Benedikt XVI. himself, back, when he was Archbishop of Munich and Freising, had no problem whatsoever to pay for the legally mandated state controlled insurance for his roughly 20,000 employees. (He also did not have a choice).
Get used to it.
