I wish his jailers had your thinking. There are a million things that could be done to keep this slime out of circulating again. Some arabs cut off a hand as punishment to thieves, certainly cuts down repeat offenders. This guy should at the very least have both hands cut off and his eyes blinded, then be thrown back to the palis. Time to quit coddling them.
