Yeah, I’m seeing license plates from many states around here. It’s not hard to find work, finding a place to live is another story.
They (father & son) are paying something outrageous like $600/ea to share a room in a private residence .....
A bunch of Grandma's family lives around that area, BIL has a couple restored Sheepwagons (horsedrawn wagon built into a camper for sheepherders' use) out in the yard.
He's turned down four or five offers to rent the things out already and is about to haul 'em back into the equipment shed to keep people from squattin' in them overnight for free. (It's been 'way below zero for the past couple of weeks, the stoves in the Sheepwagons got removed and he's worried that somebody is going to freeze out there...)
