Why should there be special set aside districts for minorities? It's unconstitutional (Equal Protection) to draw special district lines specifically to create minority districts. Because of the Voting Rights Act, and because some imbecile named George W. Bush signed a 25-year extension to it.

George was a really good, caring, compassionate, well intentioned man . . . and that of course was the problem. As they say, "the road to Hell is paved with good intentions."
Even today, he is damaging our nation by his actions (or more properly inaction). He could be of genuine service if he would speak out against the madness of this Narcissist in Chief and the destruction he has wrought and continues to wreak on our nation and our people, but GWB is too "noble," too devoted to ensuring the dignity of the Presidency to speak out.
One would think that his love of this country would impel him to speak out, but he is unwilling to do so. It's very disappointing that he won't speak out against what Obama has done; very selfish of him.

It is just used by the DemocRats as one more worn out political football to stoke the rabid racism that undergirds their very existence.
