My guess is , not too many Conservatives will be buying this book.
This probably won't get all the stain out...but should at least minimize it for the new temporary resident.
I read a post like this and I think about the Concordia that is half submerged, some say it can be refloated and repaired but in doing so it would cost almost as much as a new ship.
The ship would have to be completely gutted down to the bulkheads, all the wiring especially, anything electronic.
Also reminds me when after the Cougar Ace was righted and the ship unloaded its 4000 brand new Mazda cars the higher ups at Mazda felt that the risk was too high trying to pay for the future warranties on these cars, even the ones with near minimal damage, just the exposure to the marine environment was enough, so all 4000 cars were sent through a massive shredder.
