This is the welfare state in action. I bet these youths never took advantage of the state and federally funded education (low percentage of local funding) offered to them, just like the vast majority of kids in the Philadelphia school district. I bet they do not know their fathers and their mothers are experts at getting state and federal aid. I bet their mothers have no idea where their kids are most of the time.

I want these type of people to pay their debts to society. That means paying back every single cent of tax dollars that have been wasted on their pathetic existence. I might mellow out a little if they simply started saying thank you and not demanding us to degrade our standards of living to support their lazy ass welfare lifestyle.

In the meantime, my children and grandchildren will be burdened with federal debt.

Racist? No. I’d verbalize the same sentiment about worthless, destructive Caucasian vermin who did that sort of thing.
