TransCanada plans to file a second application to begin building Keystone pipeline by 2014, but the company might have to wait even longer, as the State Department says it will have to undergo "a completely new review process." "If TransCanada comes in with a new application, it will trigger a new review process, a completely new review process," Assistant Secretary Kerri-Ann Jones told reporters yesterday. "We cannot state that anything would be expedited or – at this time." The Keystone XL pipeline has already undergone three years of review. Jones was responding to a TransCanada statement that they

Where are all of the “applications” and three year long “environmental impact studies” for all of the “high speed rails” that the communists want to build?

Let’s cut through all the crap. This pipeline is not going anywhere unless, and until, Obama and his criminal regime are defeated in November.

If you’ve ever gone down to your local town council meetings, and there is something they don’t want to do, you have been jerked around exactly this way.

When they want to do something, it happens so fast no one can believe it.

The Obama Administration is like your local hacks on steroids.

Perhaps the State Dept is being honest.

After all, if there’s anything technical in the new app, the State Depart marshmallow majors will have to send it to someone more qualified in science than Hillary and her minions.

The nearest high school should do.

“...The Keystone XL pipeline has already undergone three years of review.”

Now, if it were bailing out a bankrupt solar company, they would move immediately.

From every source there is one “H” of a backlash against the Obama Administration for denying this pipeline. The only ones in favor of Obama’s actions are the extreme Leftist Environmental-cases, yet the idiot continues to deny the pipeline. Only because it’s good for this country to have that pipeline, and that isn’t what Obama is there for.

Delay, obfuscate, lie, delay.

IF this pipeline ever gets approved the envirowackos will tie it up with lawsuits just like they did to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline back in the 60’s and 70’s.

Somebody educate me. Why is the State Dept. involved in a Nebraska issue? I know it’s International, but everything but Neb is done.

If Obama is re-elected they might as well not bother re-applying.

This morning it seemed that the media was spinning the Democrat talking points--this is just a temporary delay because more studies need to be done and it's just the Republicans who want to rush it because they don't care about the damage to the environment and the drinking water in Nebraska.

Obama’s War on Oil

If you want the lower gas prices, lower oil prices, and lower energy prices necessary for a booming economy, you are going to have to get yourselves another President.
