Perry fully earned the opposition he gets from conservatives. From the very beginning many his supporters spewed posts like the one you just made "support my candidate or you want Romney/Obama to win." A fair number were profane enough to be warned on their language or accusation against other freepers of racism and were eventually banned.
Perry is out. He isn't a has been, he's a never was.
Everybody else did exactly the same thing for their candidates. YOU cut the crap. Selective blindless is unbecoming. The man is a Patriot. At least have some respect for that.

It is today....history is history. Perry bowed out with honor and grace and deserves the praise he’s being given for doing so in such a manner.
You are wrong to imagine he wasn’t ever in the game...his supporters proved otherwise. We all fight for our candidate and they did likewise.
No need to be bitter...Perry can be admired for this decision...he did it right and honorable.
