I agree that Gingrich’s behavior shows a lack in moral integrity, but I’m not sure how relevant that will be to modern decision making. We are in a post-morality era. If it doesn’t personally affect you, you don’t care.
Prime example, Marianne had no problem cheating with Newt on the first Mrs. Gingrich, but when she found herself to be the one cheated on, suddenly she’s found her moral imperative. Conversely, Calista had no problem being the third wheel in a marriage, but I wonder how she will feel when it’s her turn to be the victim?
