No, some produce very intelligent godless people, too.
But the bottom line is that the public schools do not produce people who believe in Christianity--that influence has to come from elsewhere, because seldom is the mention of God so much as tolerated in the public school systems nowadays.
It is parents' influences, relatives, or their peers who influence children to embrace Christ, not the schools.
What we are seeing, however cannot be solely laid at the feet of the school system--it is the parents who have failed to overcome the secular humanist indoctrination, as daunting as that task may be.
That requires spending time with your children, leading by example, and making sure they get the foundation in Christ they will need to make wiser choices in spite of the schools' curriculae and peer pressure.
And the common denominator is *godless* which is what the entire public education system is.
Oh! That unctuous excuse for the government schools. It's not the schools! No! No! It's the parents' fault. Spend more time with them. Yada! yada! yada! Or as the kids say, "Whatever!" ( eye roll)
So? Where is this precious time suppose to come from? Huh? ( Yes, I am shouting. I am exasperated!)
Depending on age children need 10 to 12 hours of SLEEP!
Children spend up to an hour to three hours waiting for and riding the godless prison buses. ( Oops! "school" buses.)
Six to seven hours is spent in the godless indoctrination camps.
There are after school activities such as sports, theater, and music in the godless indoctrination centers.
Children need, for their health, one to two or more hours of **outside** play, and this is most often spent in the company of other children who are being godlessly indoctrinated.
There is godless homework with godless textbooks which can be as much as 3 or more hours for high schoolers and even kindergarten kids children are expected to do as much as 30 minutes to an hour of godless homework.
So?...If you would enjoy an hour or two with social media or electronics after a busy day, why wouldn't a child? Again this is most often spent with friends who attend the godless school.
Does a children take music, dance, singing, Karate, or gym lessons? Is he or she a member of a soccer team? ( Again in the company with other similarly godlessly indoctrinated kids and little interaction with parents.)
Forget the early morning rush getting kids fed, dressed, and out the door to the bus stop. That doesn't count as quality time.
And...The kicker is that often two parents must work. One to feed the family and the other just to pay the GODLESS school taxes that teach the nation's children to think and reason GODLESSLY! ( How can that be religiously neutral or constitutional?
Sending a child to godless socialist-entitlement schools is like throwing a grape and hoping to hit Jupiter. It's like fighting a forest fire with a water pistol. It is like treating gangrene with bandaid. It is like shouting at a tsunami. It's like wearing a tee-shirt and trying to survive overnight and lost in the woods in minus 20 degree weather. And....The stats prove it. Only 15% of children from highly active evangelical families survive government school and remain active in their faith 2 years after graduation from godless high school. Those stats are sucky! And...These kids are from **good** committed** evangelical homes!
It is the GODLESS SCHOOLS' FAULT! Parents and kids should never be forced to subject themselves to this religious abomination. Taxpayers should never be forced to pay for the establishment of the religious of godless secular humanism. It is a human rights abuse. In the case of the children it is child abuse.
