If we were talking about specific acts of libel, testimony would be limited to those specific acts of libel. This wouldn’t be a divorce trial, it would be a civil trial and it would be highly focused on specific statements that were false/unprovable and injurious.

Just saw on Fox News an interview with Newt where he said he is not going to comment on anything that is said in the interview. His daughters sent a letter to ABC saying that personal family business should not be public fodder. If anyone wants to question his daughters feel free but he isn’t going to comment on the interview. Smart move
