Zero gave as his reason for rejecting the pipeline was they rushed the legislation without resolving the issue of the pipeline going through the sensitive Nebraska’s Ogallala Aquifer. We know the truth of the matter. TransCanada has approved an alternative route around the environmentally sensitive Sandhills area of Nebraska.

Alex Pourbaix, TransCanada’s president for energy and oil pipelines, said rerouting the Keystone XL line would likely require 30 to 40 additional miles of pipe and an additional pumping station, but said Nebraska will play a key role in deciding the new route. It’s a state’s rights issue for Nebraska to call the shots here, and I suspect Zer0 is bound and determined not to let that happen either.

Good points. So, we've established that 1) Obama is a liar and coward; muddying the water here and hiding behind the state dept and blaming Congress for his action 2) very likely wants to assert his power and to nullify Constitutionally guaranteed state's rights. Which means he's acting--once again-- extra-Constitutionally.

I thought there was a provided remedy in such cases. I believe it initiates in the House.
