Perry made the correct endorsement.
Gingrich is the most conservative of a not-too conservative lot that are left. Perry was “voting” like we do most of the time, for the lesser of two evils. Perry is ABO but with the most conservative available, which happens to be insider Establishment Newt.
I’ll vote R in the general no matter what. With Perry out, I’ll just have to have my air sickness bag and a quart of tequila when I go to the polls.
