There has never been a more destructive force in this nation than ghettobama.
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
The GOP leadership and the GOP candidates need to beat that Commie POS over the head with this every day twice a day til he gives the go ahead. This is pushing the envelope on impeachable.
The reasons used by the 0bama administration to block this pipeline are the same and just as invalid as the reasons for blocking oil drilling in the Gulf.
DEFEAT 0bama to elect a Republican who will deliver an energy policy that is good for Americans not one that 0bama has that is destructive to the American economy.
“Environmentalists” can all rot in hell for all I care.
This will play well in an election season if the $5 gas prediction plays out. It probably wouldn’t have reduced the price in any case, but it will be a nice bad optic for President Fraud.
There is nothing, nothing, nothing about this man that has any redeeming value whatsoever! Anyone who buys this insane explanation has got to be out of their frikking mind.
Can someone here tell me why the STATE Dept. is calling the shots on this pipeline? Seems to me that Interior, or Commerce, or Energy should be doing this.
Is it because the pipeline comes from Canada? Just seems strange, but . . .
What a punk.
Here yah go;)
The Obama administration just announced the rejection of the controversial $7 billion Keystone Pipeline.
Juliet Eilperin of The Washington Post, first broke the news that the State Department, which led the review of the project, would reject a permit for the pipeline.
The rejection is expected to come from the State Department which has led the review

Because it crosses an international border, the State Department gets to approve or reject it based upon being in the interest of the nation.

In September 2008, TransCanada Keystone Pipeline, LP filed an application for a Presidential Permit with the Department of State to build and operate the Keystone XL Project. Executive Order 13337 directs the State Department to review applications for Presidential permits when the proposed project would cross an international border with the United States. It also directs the Secretary of State, or her designee, to consult with at least eight other federal agencies, and then issue a decision as to whether granting a permit is in the national interest.

It has been this way for a while:

Thanks. Most interesting to learn something new.
A caller to the Tom Sullivan show made an excellent point that Obama's fellow-traveling comrade, Geo Soros, owns much in the way of Venezuelan oil; and scuttling the Keystone pipeline enriches the greedy fungus Soros (at the expense of the American economy).
One must keep in mind that this...
Why is this difficult for some to see?
.
“I’m Barack Obama and people like me because I’m impolite and usually late. I like Ice Cream and a nice pair of slacks. One day a doctor will tell me I have an I.Q. of 48. Or as some people would call, Mentally Retarded”.
Well, some people like that woman in Florida, are not having to worry about putting gas in their car or paying their house payments, so it really hard to convince them.
I surely would like to see that POS when she is filling up her car at 5 bucks/gallon.
Right... This is how evil b!tch Jug Ears screws a few Red States the pipeline passes through and screws eager pipeline workers in those states. Jug Ears will screw firms that want to work on that pipeline and my guess is pipeline construction firms are mostly run by Republicans and conservatives. Flip side of that is liberals are big in Solyndra and other solar firms that feed at the Guvm’t tit
Meanwhile Jug Ears will go all out for unions in states that voted for him. Jug Ears is full steam ahead on more tax dollars for quasi-reparations, welfare and food stamps for Democrat constituencies
Boot Obama Nov2012!
