THis is National. Not State, not County, not municipal. It's FedGov. There is only one solution, aside from yanking your kids out of public school for starters - SEPARATION OF SCHOOL AND STATE. Get the government out of schools. Schools should be extremely local. Local control of content, local supervision, local funding, local standards, and no mandatory anything.
