I have a question.

Why does Obama have the right to make a monumental decision like this, with just a small sentence?

Shouldn't Congress have a say in this?

Very simple - Zero has seized the power. The GOP runs the House and yet ABSOLUTELY REFUSES TO USE THEIR ABILITY TO DEFUND OBAMA'S PRIZE WINS - e.g. OBAMACARE, EPA, ABORTION. .

When the CR came up, when the debt ceiling came up, the GOP HELD A ROYAL FLUSH, and were scared to death of the Lame Stream State Run Media, and made a deal with the DEVIL.

Wasn’t it the RINOs grand idea to toss this softball up to Oblamo. He wacked it out the park as expected. What else did we think was going to happen . Miracle deal blew up in our face. Incompetence on both sides is gravely concerning.
