I knew about these people because this is what I do; I just had no idea Romney was a director of Damon when it was engaged in the blatant fraud.
Romney was a board member; those who were indicted were executives.
However, I'd like to know if the company had a Compliance Plan and a Compliance Officer. And I'd like to know what kind of blip in the financials all of this fraudulent billing created.
