1.) Pre-Testing and being assured that a Spending Bill has enough votes to be passed in the House.

2.) Loading up that Spending Bill with an Amendment to give PORK, PORK, PORK for Ron Paul's district.

3.) Voting AGAINST the Spending Bill.

3.) Publicly taking credit for voting AGAINST the spending bill that Ron Paul had added all that PORK to in which Ron Paul knew would pass the House.
