I haven't been sick for awhile. I don't know what this is but Hubby got it first. He said it was from all the people on the subway coughing and sneezing on him. A week later and he's still sick.

Almost without fail, if I get sick, it's because I caught it from Mr. t. I'm at home, so he's in much more contact with people, and is prone to illness. However, it's not unusual for him to come down with something, yet I never get it.

I do take Vit D and L Lysine, though.
