The government trough feeders are now convinced they both run the asylum AND that they have unlimited power to act out their power trip delusions. This is the heart of the problem, and it's heartbreaking when it comes to public attention in a story like this. But it's no less awful (maybe more) when you're going through TSA security or just trying to get an answer to a simple question at some government office.
