Other than the fact that this is low on the important issues list, the quality of the flier looks very low budget. A 2 color flier supposedly o.k.'d by the Governors office? Mitt must be the cheapest of all cheapskates to have actually approved this. Looks like the budget was around 100 bucks.

It's photocopied on standard dark pink photocopy paper. And it's a simple hand-out-on-a-street-corner flier. Of course it's two-color. Have you priced four-color photocopy copies today - much less in 2002?
