Its aim: how to integrate sustainability through EPA regulations to control every asspect of American business. The panel who wrote the study declares part of its job to be xproviding guidance to EPA on how it might implement its existing statutory authority to use sustainable-development trajectory to totaly control all American companies both large and small.
