I don’t see any airbags? Thought they were mandatory post ‘99 or thereabouts. Not sure how effective they’d be in any case.

Side air bag went off, you can see it coming out of the seat. There was no front impact so front airbag would not deploy in most cases.

Could that wrinkled white thing resting against the drivers seat back be a cut up air bag left after the driver was removed?
