In the 90s, Gingrich lost the Speaker’s chair in a conservative rebellion because Clinton made him allow too much federal spending in the late 90s, running up what was then a post WW2 high of federal spending at 21% of GNP. Now he claims Obama’s making him out OWS the OWS on venture capitalism. And of course Nancy Pelosi made him jump the shark on global warming.
