I hope I have represented this correctly. I'm trying to get work done and listen at the same time and it's hard.

OK, so he's starting his big gov’t reform plan with the SBA...help them prepare to pay more taxes no doubt cause they'll be making more money thanks to the gov’t.

Notice he isn't starting with the IRS!

Is it just me or did that speech sound weird...like somebody we haven't heard before...shivers down my spine.
