Once the Social Security system is stripped of this money for another year, the next step will be for the libdems to "offset" the loss by campaigning for a surcharge on companies (rich industry which can easier afford it). Once the sham of a "shared contribution" is destroyed, libdems will continue to shift the payment responsibility off of individuals and onto business.
