Hi Hank, another thing I’ve noticed.
During the time they were running the ads against Gingrich in Iowa, we were treated by the news media to a full broadcast of each attack ad, presumably so we would know the ad in question.
Now that it’s Newt and Perry running attack ads against Romney, we hear about it, but we don’t see it in anything like Newt had to endure. We’ll see snippets if we see anything at all.
In other words, the media is playing Romney’s ads for free with the news as their excuse.
This morning Fox and Friends is running an entire series on how equity works....in other words, they’re special pleading for Mitt Romney and attempting to brainwash the masses into believing that it’s fine and dandy for Romney to run up massive debt and walk away from it and a bankrupt company while he’s pocketed millions with zero risk.
I now know that the “conservative media” is just as biased as the “liberal media”. This whole thing sickens me. I’m not letting those bastards pick my nominee again.
I’ll go Constitution Party if I have to.
Look at all the losers the moderates have give us: Gerald Ford, George Bush I, Bob Dole, John McCain.
The only candidates who’ve won have won on a conservative platform. Dole ran the “I’m a kindly old veteran who tells jokes” platform, and McCain ran on the “I’m a kindly old veteran who doesn’t feel strongly on anything” platform.

And Rush has said off and on for years, negative ad’s work..now he says they don’t....that boy is confused..
Making a statement that is likely true, that Mitt will be the nominee, does not mean that I support him or am happy about it.
We at FR can talk about who “WE” want to go up against Bam. This isn’t a grade school popularity contest..and we don’t have that much power.
Rather than having to continue to post chaotic bickerings, I would hope that we can unite in our common desire to unseat the most dangerous man who has ever propped his disgusting, dirty feet on the beautiful antique desk in the oval.
Holding the House and taking the Senate is one way that we can actually participate and feel that we are making a difference.
Get involved in helping to elect Conservatives to office around the country in local and state offices..
It’s about actively participating in what we can do instead of whining or wasting our energy over we have little or no influence over at this point.
I’ve been wondering what’s up with Rush too, goat g.
He seems agitated, off his game and unsure of himself lately. Am I imagining that?
Only in that he admits Mitt could be irreparably damaged by Bain.
A possible contributing factor is a bit of a dust up between him and Bill Kristol on thursdays Special Report. Probably video somewhere on that.

Newt is crazy if he backs off airing that 27 minute film. We watched it last night and its very compelling. Its definitely going to hurt Willard. If Newt does not win SC he’s toast anyway.
He is contrdicting himself on past things he has said...I have noticed it this past few weeks, its getting obivious.
I love Rush and Mark Levin..but it seems that with Rush especially, it’s all about their constant reaction to what what the Dems/Obama are doing.
They on offense, we on defense.
I like to be educated on things like Constitutionalism, First principles, etc. and that’s what Levin does, when he isn’t taking the obligatory phone calls.
I’ve heard from someone who knows Rush that his hearing situation affects him much more he would like to let on. Maybe that’s why he has been erratic of late.
I wonder if this marriage is already getting shaky...That can cause one to get testy.....GG
Newt is trying to take out Romney for his lies, lets hope he gets hard hit on abortion and gun control also...Moderate my Aunt Fanny, he’s as liberal as they come in the republican, Democrat or neither party as he has said in the past....boo hoo Romney. But Bain is too complicated to explain to lots of votes, hit him with what will resonate with the voters
If you’re going to make snarky comments, at least get you facts straight.
Rush never said attack ads don’t work, he said he didn’t blame Newt, and he said “What would you do?” if attacked like Newt had been.
He has been shouting daily about newts ad's being anti=capitalist Newts is attacking from the left and ....he shouldn't make such ads etc...Romney may have been doing something legal but it wasn't as honorable as he tries to make it out....Besides......didn't you hear Romney loved firing those guys, I am throwing that one in just to tick you off..
I have been on a semi-sabbatal from Rush lately, he's a broken record and thinks he is the only one that can define capitalist....it has many definitions, look it up in the dictionary..
No, I don’t think so GG. I heard from some friends of theirs :-) he and Kathryn are well and in love.
But imagine what it is like to be a talk show host and have to deal with total deafness. Coclear implant helps, of course, but it’s still a disability.
What I’ve noticed lately is that he seems to be one step behind the political news in addition to saying some contradictory things.
I have to agree that Rush has been all over his friend, Newt, these past weeks...and IMO, isn’t being consistent or making alot of sense.
Levin is a much better go to person for the pursuit of some sort of sanity of late. And his definitions don’t change.
Well, i can just hope his marriage this time makes him happy..
