Fair enough. How about if your neighbor buys, say, 51% of your Volt, sells off what he can then, then he blows it up.

If you own something and you sell 51% of it, contract law becomes the rule. I expect you have spent as much time reading contract and business law as I have, so I will not bore you with the details. Just pull out google and ask.
