They should be given two weeks extra duty for being stupid enough to videotape it, but other than that, who gives a damn?
Stupidity shouldn't be rewarded. These men are young enough to understand the internet age. They should be smart enough to know never, ever do something like this on camera. As for the act itself I file this one in the category of "I disagree with your actions but I understand why you did it."
