I liked Perry and still do. But his campaign has been a clusterf**k.

His latest reincarnation as a occupy wall street type was a huge mistake.

Agree with both points.

His record on paper as governor was pretty solid IMO, but I’m guessing that he may have entered the race too early before his back properly healed, and the pain and/or pain medication made him sluggish and not up to par in the debates. But first impressions do count.

He could have kept me interested but I agree with you, once he started going the ‘vulture capitalism’ route, he lost me.

Agreed, but Newt is worse. Newt cannot be trusted to know when to keep his mouth shut. Newt has the biggest case of foot-in-mouth of all of them.
