Jared Lee Loughner undoubtedly bought his firearms at a dealer who was probably instructed by ATF to not worry about it ~ that the FBI was clearing all these purchases so the guns end up in Mexico.
It's unfortunate that we can't find out about that yet ~ but Debbie's accusation certainly calls out for a lawsuit as a counterstrike so we can use discovery to bring her boys into the Court to discuss several matters ~
