Depending on whose claims to the arctic you believe... we DO share a northern border with Russia.

She freely admitted that later, after looking at a map, the city you eventually hit going north out of Blaine, WA is Canada, and not Russia.
There are no land borders shared between the US and Russia. Closest you get is Little Diomede Island in the Bering Strait. Big Diomede is Russian, and 2.5 miles away.

In fact, you’re doing a little of what this chick did. Instead of staying quiet and all of us wondering whether you are a dumbass, there is now little doubt.
Nobody’s taking the Russian claim of the North Pole seriously. This is evidenced by the fact the Russian’s haven’t attempted to stop any transits by either subs or surface ships.
