How can they possibly evaluate her by statements she made? Everything that comes out of this selfish, souless, ugly bag of water's mouth is a lie. There are those couples who cannot bear children, yet this twit does and kills the most precious gift. And yes, the WHOLE Anthony family is to blame for being enablers of this tragedy.....so sad. Caylee, indeed is in a better place.

The evaluation was to insure she was sane (enough) to stand trial. The evaluation does NOT go to corroborate her narrative. In fact, as part of the psych eval she is flagged several times in the report as willing to lie and comfortable with it, and raising issues which are not corroborated by law enforcement.

This evaluation was simply a routine step to certify the defendant’s competence to stand trial. Unfortunately, there is no such procedure for jurors.
