See #44, the Constitution gives Congress the power to use the military for more than just a ‘formal declaration of war’.

The authorization to use force was also legal under Article 1 Section 8 (and if not, then Paul has some explaining to do as he voted for it w/ Afghanistan).

One of the problems with the Run Paul supporters is that they basically are not honest. They’ll bad mouth Rush, Hannity, Republicans, Newt, Romney, Santourum, Perry, Bachmann, etc., and others to try to get Run Paul the Republican nomination. But Run Paul is not a Republican, and he’s not a Conservative. He’s situationally portraying himself as both. His interest are in his own weird brand of dumbed down Ayn Randianism, which she’d never support. He’s been in and out of the Republican Party and would leave again if not for the fact that it’d hurt his son in any future political ambitions. We just need to learn to laugh at these frauds.
