i really wish that the folks in Texas who are discussing getting behind one candidate would hurry up and do so. There is a large group of pastors and conservative leaders who are going to settle once and for all and get behind a candidate. They want to do this after the South Carolina primary, but I don’t see why they can’t do this now. I think they started discussions this past weekend.
Problem is, the TX Primary has been moved from March to April b/c the Libs, Dems and NAACP have challenged the new Redistricting maps and it’s going to court. TX will NOT be part of Super Tuesday.
As a Born Again believer myself, I find it insulting that these "leaders" intend to tell me how to vote, who should get out of the campaign and generally what they decide we should do. IMO this is America; each candidate should decide for him/herself when to get out of the race, not the media and certainly not so-called religious leaders.
Bush 41 endorsed Romney and I wouldnt be surprised if Jeb endorses Romney in Fla. So much for Perry getting the big wig establishment family from his home state behind him and Newt too...they are Romney rinos. Looks bad for Perry and Newt
