One cannot simply do something against the vital interests of the country and call it “diplomacy.”
A state of war is not necessary for treason to occur. Penalties are worse during war but it can occur during peace time as well.

“This is impeachable idiocy.”
It’s certainly a sterling “WTF” moment.
I don’t believe “conducting foreign affairs” and “revealing top military secrets” are synonymous...
0bama is certainly testing the constitutional limits, this is an area the could clearly use more “checks and balances”.

Every single decision Obama makes is to harm America.

The insanity that keeps on giving.
But 'surely' this is not Obama's decision - alone. Not that we could ever trust his 'back-dooring' this somehow; but upon last check; he does not yet, have full dictator status.
So where, beyond 'a grumbling'; is our Leadership? This cannot legitimately happen; right?

Hope so; and 'if so'; the impeachment should begin with his even articulating a plan; not after the fact.
Meantime; how many 'patriot Leaders' are really watching Obama; and have a plan to respond to his enemy-pleasing MO's? Beyond a loyal Military - CIC not included - is anyone 'out there' seriously protecting America?

A RAT controlled Senate will approve this.

No mention of this in the currant GOP debates so it must be a non-issue.

You got it! And the penalty for treason in time of war is death. And, most important, there is NO Statute of Limitations for treason.
All right then lets arrest him for treason!

A guy that used to work for me has finished up a quarter century in a federal prison for initiating a contact with the KGB and selling them highly classified information. He was convicted in 1986, when there was no declared war underway. Don’t know when he’ll be released but I hope it’s still a long way off.

There are also concerns that Russia could share the secret data with China and rogue states such as Iran and North Korea to help their missile programs defeat U.S. missile defenses.
Stupid question but WHY are we doing this? I didn't read where Russia is giving us anything.
