Cain did say this. He needs to do it about 5 to 7 days before SC votes. Later it is a waste, too early, the candidate he endorses gets attacked 4 Cain endorsing.

I suggest that those that want Cain to endorse Gingrich. Email Cain or call and ask for that endorsement.

IMHO - a DeMint endorsement is the one that would make a big difference in SC. Ask DeMint to endorse Gingrich.
