Probably someone on the other side of the wall heating some water for the inspection. That’s the extent of the warm water. lol

Speaking of which, SK media reports that the commander of the division was seen in the picture with one star missing. He was a three star general in the photo seen previously, and now has only two.

It is clear from the photo that he was demoted, but speculation abounds as to why. Experts say that frequently a figure is just demoted but not purged when somebody else has made a serious problem but he only has joint responsibility (by regulation) for the incident.
