Who knows, after 2012 is in the books a thrid party might become a viable entity. Until such time, I'll stick with the life reing that floats instead of seeing if the one made of lead will do any better...
I understand and even agree with your sentiment, but I won't commit suicide as this is a case where martyrs will serve no positive purpose.
If you redraw the districts to favor your party, then you can have more winnable districts, but they each have a slimmer margin.

People dis-satisfied with the current GOP leadership have two options....
Take back the leadership positions and alter the party’s course back towards it’s Conervative underpinings.

Throw up their hands and quit.....
