Unless the Federal government issues a standard definition of marriage (see mnehring's #793), they do -- under the "full faith & credit" clause.

We don't, but we sure have had our share of gays married in other states, to include transgendered ones, trying to get divorces in TX...to in effect set a precedent to force us to recognize gay marriages from other states.
